Made with the same care as our family's kitchen
Glorioso Creamery started with a simple idea: good food brings people together.
Sal grew up in a family of Italian cooks, where the best memories got made around the table. For years he cooked and baked for his wife, his daughters, and anyone else who showed up. If Sal was in the kitchen, everyone knew something good was coming.
Sal started making ice cream at home with a table top machine. This machine did not produce enough product and required hours and hours preparation.
In 2018, with grandchildren in the picture, Sal decided to try making ice cream at home with a larger machine.
It was supposed to be a fun family experiment. Then it became a tradition. Family and friends kept volunteering to taste test, and before long it was clear this was worth sharing with more than just us.
Today we make every batch with the same care that always went into our family's kitchen. Every scoop is meant to do what the table always did: bring people together and make a few sweet memories along the way.
